1jar HUGO sweet and sour pickles
6eggs
35ghomemade mayonnaise
1pinch parsley
1pinch pepper
1pinch salt

Place eggs in a saucepan filled with water. Bring to the boil, allowing 10 minutes for them to harden.

Add the eggs to the cold water for 5 minutes and shell.

Then cut them in half lengthwise.

Remove the yolk without breaking the white. Strain through a sieve to crumble. Reserve two tablespoons of crumbled yolk.

Fill a piping bag with your mixture.

Fill the egg whites with the filling. Sprinkle with the egg yolk previously set aside.

Garnish with parsley and diced gherkins.

Serve as a cold starter! Enjoy!
